Krystle Chasse serves as the Executive Business Partner to the Founder and CEO at Horizon 5, LLC. She comes to H5 with 15+ years of administrative experience and partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to implement innovative solutions that address complex challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Krystle drives success by optimizing and streamlining company-wide operations, all while cultivating a productive and inclusive environment for both Horizon Five's employees and clients. Her expertise spans areas such as strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision and impact.

Prior to joining H5, Krystle held similar positions at Alteryx, Inc, where she successfully supported the Chief Transformation officer, as well as C-level executives at Stanley Black & Decker and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Krystle is based in Connecticut and holds an MBA from Post University and a Bachelors in Communication from Southern Connecticut State University, and is committed to continuous professional development and upskilling. Outside of work, Krystle is passionate about wellness and quality time with her husband and two small children.
